Paddle Orientator E50-180

The Noshe™ Paddle Orientator handles bottles of a
non-symmetrical shape including those with off-set necks, motifs or lettering which require specific orientation for a further process.

An infeed starwheel controls the flow of bottles entering the interrogation area where orientation is determined.

However unlike the Belt Orientator which rotates bottles by contact with the neck, this machine incorporates a pair of hanging paddles (or blades) which provide a means of gripping the container 'body' regardless of the position or shape of the neck, should a 180° correction be required.
