Orientator 360°

This machine correctly Orientates round bottles that have an Orientation Ramp or Detent for downstream processes such as Motif Inspection, Labelling or Packing.

An Indexing Starwheel contains incoming bottles which are rotated by reciprocating belts until the detent is mechanically arrested.

Once the bottles have been Orientated the belts withdraw and the Starwheel Indexes one position, releasing the Orientated bottle and presenting the next bottle for rotation.

The speed of operation is dependant on the size and weight of the Container, however when Orientating a 0.75 Litre Container the speed is approximately 90 B.P.M.
