Cullet Rejection System

The Cullet Rejection System removes broken glass (cullet) from the conveyor without rejecting 'good bottles'.

Cullet can be detected and rejected, from the smallest piece of glass to a bottle missing half its side or even just its neck.

Once Cullet has been detected it is removed from between the 'good bottles' using a pneumatic blower, the duration of the blow is varied depending on the amount of cullet to be removed.

Sensors are mounted in stainless steel housings designed to protect them from broken glass, these housings are mounted on fully adjustable brackets.
