Belt Transfer

Used to carry bottles across gaps in the conveyor typically to allow the removal of broken glass, or perform Inspection or Ink Jet Marking of the base.

Belt height and width is fully adjustable to allow bottles to be transported by either neck or body.

Each belt is driven by a separate motor and speed controller. Sensors at entry and exit monitor the transfer and line conditions.
