Belt Orientator

The  Noshe™  Belt  Orientator  handles  bottles of a
non-symmetrical shape which require a specific orientation.

The orientator will correctly present bottles to inspection, filling, labelling or packing machinery.

The machine can also deliver batches of alternate or grouped orientation to assist packing or palletisation.

An infeed starwheel controls the flow of bottles entering the interrogation area where orientation is determined.

All bottles are then gripped on the neck by two belts which continue to run at equal speeds for bottles that are correct. However if the bottle requires a correction of either 90° or 180°, one belt will reduce in speed and the other increase. This ensures that during the correction process the bottles are still passing through the orientator at the same speed as the conveyor.
